Motion made by Missy Garvin to accept the June 6, 2013 minuites, Tim Gavin, seconded. All in favor.
Programs Update: All programs participation except soccer were lower. Soccer which had been lower for several years showed an increase. Daycamp program back at the High School. Don would like to offer the daycamp program to Lyme residents, next year. This will be discussed at a later date.
Summer Staff: The staff of 37 did an outstanding job.
SV parking lot: normally this is closed on Labor Day.....will be open an additional week.......Number of vehicals using the lot was lower.
Fall Programs: Fall Youth Soccer....sign-ups currently ongoing....Season will run on Saturdays Sept 14 - Nov 2, 2013. Open to residents....PreK ages 3&4...Gr K-G1...Gr 2&3...Gr 4&5...Fee $40.00...Family $60.00
Adult Open Gym Basketball: HS Gym....Sept 11,2013 to June 4, 2014
Wednesdays 6:30 - 9:00 pm. Sundays 10-12am will start during Basketball season.
Yoga: TBD
Facilites update: White Sand Beach & Hains Park.....swim lines have been removed....painting will be done in the spring.....Cross Lane Park...repairs to courts will take place in the Spring...replace nets & posts.
Town Woods Park: replacement of goals....mulch....playground equipment.
